Agent Know How was founded by Audeliz Angie Perez, an active Broker Salesperson with Weichert, Realtors in August 2010. But even before AKH’s official launch in 2010, Angie Perez, under the direction of her office manager at that time, was asked to mentor a fellow real estate agent. One agent quickly turned into two, then three and so forth and all the while Angie found what she called her life-long passion: a desire help other real estate on how to develop a successful real estate sales business. She not only enjoyed influencing and coaching other real estate agents, but soon after having success with one agent, she was requested by other real estate agents for coaching and mentoring services in New Jersey and other states.
